For men or women, this is about spreading our wings in the new year and removing ourselves from anything that feels like it no longer fits.

But it doesn’t mean that the men in our lives won’t be affected differently or more deeply. Those that identify strongly with masculine energy will be especially sensitive to anything that even remotely restricts their freedom.
